Senior Management
The senior management reports to the Board of Directors. There is strict division of duties and separation of power between the Bank's senior management and the Board of Directors. As authorized by the Board of Directors, the senior management manages and makes decisions on business operation within its mandate. The Board of Directors evaluates the performance of the senior management, the results of which shall be used as the basis for determining remunerations and other incentive arrangements for the senior management. The senior management shall, in accordance with the requirements of the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors, report on the operation and management of the Bank in a timely, accurate and complete manner, and provide relevant information. The information includes, but is not limited to, information about the Bank's strategic management, business investment, risk management, internal control compliance, financial accounting, etc.
